Requirements
for consideration of your listing.
- Use
of a Bogus email will result in your listing not
being considered. If our welcome email bounces back,
your listing will be removed.
- DO
NOT USE CAPS...Again your listing will not be considered.
- Ensure
that you take the time to write an appropriate website
description. "I love selling real estate",
"I got good furniture" etc is no good
and your listing will not be considered. Further,
no websurfers search using the keywords "I'm
looking for someone who loves to sell real estate".
Your not helping the ranking of your site or relevance
of your site during searches.
- Always
use the most appropriate category. If you sell real
estate in California than you should be listed in
Real Estate/Realtors Listings/United States/California
directory, not in Real Estate and not in Realtor
Listings. Listings not placed in the correct category
will not be considered. Note: This is why most sites get rejected.
- Websites
under construction will not be considered.
- Websites
having numerous popup will also not be considered.
- Websites
made up of nothing more than affiliate programs
will also not be considered.
- Only
one listing per website is permitted.
By
adhering to these simple guidelines you are assured
that your site will be given a fully review. We review
listings everyday so if you don't hear from us you
know that your site has not been accepted because
one or more of the guidelines has not been followed.
By
providing a quality directory, websurfers will continue
to come back. The more they come back, the more the
traffic, the more the traffic to the directory, the
more the traffic to your website.
